I’m a Minneapolis based photographer, who specializes in weddings and elopements, large format film portraiture, and drinking too much espresso.
Editorial Vision Documentary Soul
I studied fine art photography at the Minneapolis College of Art & Design, and have been freelancing in the Midwest ever since. My work is a blended style of editorial and documentary photography that prioritizes storytelling and capturing connection.
Over the years I’ve collaborated in a variety of studio environments and this has allowed me to work on projects for Gucci, Balenciaga, Glamour Magazine, and New York Times Magazine. (Yes, that is me in the Gucci Fall 2020 campaign live stream, assisting with the large format film for photographer Alec Soth!) My portfolio has an emphasis on dynamic posing and playful imagery, and my experiences in these unique editorial environments played a role in developing that style.

I love to travel, so during my off season I’m usually booking a trip somewhere warm. I’ve traveled throughout 10 countries, and can’t wait to add more places to the list.
